Asterisk app_ldap patchset

app_ldap allow querying a LDAP server from Asterisk dialplan, by using LDAPget command. Original code source can be found at  http://www.mezzo.net/asterisk/app_ldap.html. Note that LDAPget application is only compatible with asterisk 1.4.
